Steve is the owner of Ace's List and co-owner and broker for Ochs Management Co., which sponsors AcesList. His office services the entire Conejo Valley, Simi Valley/Moorpark, San Fernando Valley and the Camarillo/Oxnard/Ventura areas. Steve is a long time resident of the Conejo Valley. He has been in real estate for over 23 years and has sold/leased over 4000 homes. He specializes in sale and leasing of single family homes and town homes. Prior to entering real estate, Steve was a teacher, consultant and principal with the Conejo Valley Unified School District.
