2. Complete the Buyer Pre-Qualification Form
3. Search MLS Homes for Sale (Includes ALL agent listings/all areas/all prices)...
...by Area/City, Square feet, Beds, Baths, Price range, Homes with Photos, etc.)

IMPORTANT: Enter a MINIMUM and MAXIMUM PRICE AND select the button labeled RESIDENTIAL SALES to ensure a successful search.

Then click SUBMIT

View Search Results.  You may include selected properties on buyer request form or in a separate email to Ace at aceochs@aol.com.

Property Details Allows you to...
A) Print or Email the property to anyone
B) Request More Information
C) Map it to view and print out a street map of the property

4.  Arrange an appointment with Ace´s Ochs Realty Team
Once you´ve selected homes of interest, you may choose to drive by the property OR contact Steve at 818-309-5841 or email him at aceochs@aol.com . We will then schedule a time and a day to view the properties of interest.  All properties are shown by appointment only to pre-screened and pre-qualified applicants.  REMEMBER...the sale property list changes DAILY, so please visit our site often OR request to be placed on our automated email update which includes your specific search criteria.
