Ace's List is a free rental service for all prospective tenants who are first prescreened by our staff of leasing professionals.
Ace's List charges $30* for each credit report (in the event that you do not have a current report within the past 2 weeks). (Landlords require a separate credit report for each person over 18 years of age living at the same address).
Ace's List tenants need to complete a Tenant Request form and Application form which are available on our website.
Ace's List charges no fee for tenants to use the professional leasing services other than the one-time credit report charge*.
Ace's List specializes in short-term, long-term and corporate rentals.
Ace's List specializes in lease purchase/option opportunities.
Ace's List leasing agents are available seven (7) days per week, by appointment only.
Ace's List provides access to all properties offered by private party owners, realtors through the MLS and property management companies.
Most leases are for one (1) year.
Typical security deposits are 1 ½ times the amount of the monthly rental.
Extra deposits are generally required for pets.
